I sat in the dental office for…2 F’N hours…awaiting my turn, I nearly ran from the building, but Hubby held me down with expired Oprah Magazines. Someone left the main door open at one point and, in the waiting room, we all could hear some woman screaming in agony! I nearly died right then and there. 3 people ahead of me went into the fires of hell and came out without any work done. One excuse after another: impacted wisdom teeth need antibiotics first; tooth so bad have to pull it or come back tomorrow to get a second opinion; your insurance is no good…
My bones are physically rattling under my skin. They are going tell me I need my entire head removed in order to save my face from complete implosion. You might feel a little pressure…
So it is written so it shall be done.

It’s never REALLY as bad as we think it’s going to be. And wow… when it comes to dealing with pain, I think mouth and feet are like the two worst. Either one and my ability to concentrate on anything is totally shot.
I write this, btw, from Toledo Hospital’s ER where I’m waiting for Joshua to be seen for a fever, headache and facial paralysis. I’m a little concerned about Lyme Disease, given that he just got back from camp.
Cross your fingers that it’s just some kind of sinus infection.
