Let me first state that this post is an explanation of yesterday’s lame post, “I got nothin”   I didn’t have the time yesterday to do a little research, so here it is:

There is a TV producer by the name of Chuck Lorre. He produces a lot of money making TV shows like Two and a Half Men, Mike and Molly and Big Bang Theory. If you have ever watched any of these sitcoms you will notice that at the end of each episode is Chuck Lorre’s famous Vanity Cards. A vanity card is basically a lot of enigmatic ramblings much like my Everyday November blog posts.

It took me a long time to realize what these Vanity Cards really were because I never really paid any attention to them. I first thought they were some kind of disclaimer. You know so as not to alienate vegan sponsors; like no actual animals were eaten during the taping of this show or something just as important. You would miss them if you blinked. Thank goodness for the magic of pausing live TV with a fancy schmancy DVR, I started reading them.

Chuck Lorre is quite a full-of-himself-hollywood-liberal. His posts bash republicans and Glen Beck. He also babbles about seeing the positive side of life or other TV shows he doesn’t care for, like the Bachelor and game shows. He has poor grammar as well. But that’s not the point. The point is that he had written 111 Vanity Cards before he ran out of things to say. So he wrote a post that said from now on Vanity Card #111 would be his “I got nothin” post so that he didn’t have to come up with a lame joke or obnoxious personal opinion only to have it censored by CBS.

HA! I just managed to stretch out Vanity Card #111 for two days of Everyday November. Hey! It counts! (place your own lame joke or obnoxious personal opinion here).
